This is frustrating since I got this for the lakers games & also I am paying twc not for home tv but only for this channel to work on my iPad & iPhone since I travel. So I pay full price digital & now it doesnt even work when it did work it was buggy & laggy & had to sign in and out every 10-15 minutes during games for it to work. Apple really needs to get on these companies & Devs to update their apps or kick them off the App Store & give them some type of strikes. Canceling twc digital as I write this review.

The app straight crashes every time I try to open it. You guys really need to fix this app since Laker season is about to start soon!

Lakers season is coming up and this app does not work. Crashes whenever I try to open it. Very disappointed

Lakers season is about to start! Get this fixed so I wont be paying so much money to not watch the games! Im ready to see the GOAT in his final season and watch Randle clash with these scrubs, Russell light up these hoes and Clarkson put some nuts in these guys faces from dunking on them so much. Get it together TWC!!!

Doesnt open and it should include charter spectrum logins .....thinking twc bit off more than it could chew.

Well, now they fixed the fact that it no longer crashes once U open it, but now its telling me Im not authorized to watch the live streaming of the channel. I have DirecTV & I have TWCSportsNet, but when I try to watch it on my phone & it prompts me to log in using my user name & password for DirecTV it tells me Im not authorized. I dont get it. I worked fine before the last update. Smh

I cant watch the live broadcasts of anything because it wont let me log in. Theres no point of the app if I cant watch the live streams. Hopefully its fixed before basketball season!

Please update this app too many problems I want to watch my Lakers !!!!

UPDATE--- now its not crashing when I open it but all of a sudden Im not authorized to use it. I have DIRECTV. What the heck???? !!!!!!! App crashes one second after I open it every time or freezes on my screen and I have to do a soft reset of my phone. From other reviews it seems this problem has been happening for a while. All I wanted to do today was watch Lakers media day. Not so much

getting log-in errors and content unable to play messages. Ive emailed TWC Sportsnet and theyve replied acknowledging the issue. Lakers season is about to get underway. Please fix this ASAP

Crashes on opening

I cannot log in to watch the live stream!! It states that Im not an authorized user and cannot access the live stream. There are others on the review page who have the same issue. Please fix before preseason starts! I mean is it really that complicated to fix this issue? All I want is to be able to log on and watch some preseason basketball, but because this app is such a joke, that cant happen. Please someone fix this!

If I could leave negative 5 stars, I would do. Try to log in and says Im not authorized. Good job Time Warner! Hope you value your customers and fix it quickly.

Cant watch live stream on the app. I have a twc login and still wont work.

Literally the most broken app Ive ever used. Cant stream a single thing. Amazingly horrible.

Both app and website simply wont stream the lakers game. Its just loads and loads and loads. Frustrating when you pay for a product and still have to watch it via pirated channels bc what you paid for didnt work.

Since version 3.0.0, wont stream live content or rotate into landscape mode.
