FRUSTRATING!!!!

UPDATE--- now its not crashing when I open it but all of a sudden Im not authorized to use it. I have DIRECTV. What the heck???? !!!!!!!

App crashes one second after I open it every time or freezes on my screen and I have to do a soft reset of my phone. From other reviews it seems this problem has been happening for a while. All I wanted to do today was watch Lakers media day. Not so much
