Wont let me log in to live stream

I cannot log in to watch the live stream!! It states that Im not an authorized user and cannot access the live stream. There are others on the review page who have the same issue. Please fix before preseason starts!

I mean is it really that complicated to fix this issue? All I want is to be able to log on and watch some preseason basketball, but because this app is such a joke, that cant happen. Please someone fix this!
