Fix airplay please. It does not work when I try to screen share

I signed up for the Lakers package. They gave me the Dodgers. Customer service has no idea how to help and tried to claim this isn’t app.

Nothing works, nothing loads, you can sign out! But you can’t sign back in. Website is useless, app is useless. Can’t watch anything without “credentials lost”

App doesn’t work

I used this app in the 2024 dodger season and it worked great, however coming into the 2025 season im not able to see the games because it doesnt let me sign in. I tap the sign in button and no pop up comes up in either the button in the home page or the sign up button in the settings.

Not sure if my last review posted so I’m posting AGAIN! the casting/airplay option no longer works! Please fix this!

This is so ridiculous. The “live” games are from 2 or 3 days ago. The dumbest thing Ive ever seen a sports app do.

Have reset my TV and phone several times. No longer works

Use to stream to my tv when home but no longer. Thanks Spectrum, great choice.

When it asks for TV providers it has an option for more and when you click it it just sends you back to the normal screen. Such a buggy and broken app. Please fix that and then I’ll reinstall the app.

What’s the point of having spectrum to watch laker games if I can’t stream on my TV???

I love the app to watch both dodger & Laker games on my iPhone or on my IPad but would love a dedicated Apple TV app so I can watch without having to go to the spectrum tv app.

I’m not sure why you guys can’t figure out how to get chrome cast to work properly. Ridiculous.

This application has always been a horrible. I loathed the day the Lakers signed a deal with this company because the games have been so difficult to watch since day one. It is the lowest tier of sports apps. I miss the Fox Sports days of the Lakers still..

Airplay used to work fine now will not work

App won’t show devices on the same network to cast to. Shows offline when device is connected to the internet. Not sure how this app has so many stars.

The worst app ever.

This app does not properly cast to my TV but every other app does with no trouble. I have to use my computer to cast the games using spectrum. Terrible app

Every few times I open this app it asks me to login. Why does Spectrum not remember my login info?

Haven’t been able to watch a live Lakers game playing on my tv from my phone since a previous update.

Airplay doesn’t work on all 4 of my tvs

Whether it’s a bug or just an oversight, as soon as i put AirPlay in the SportsNet App the video wont show on my tv. I have a newer Roku tv so it’s a massive letdown that the core feature of AirPlay in the app doesn’t work at all. All I see is the spinning loading sign for a second before it just reverts to a screen on my tv saying my iPhone is connected by AirPlay but that’s it. The game won’t show, and it only plays the lakers games when I’m just watching it off my own iPhone screen. Please look into this. Buyer beware.

It was great when Spectrum added AirPlay functionality to this app but it has stopped working. I can no longer watch Laker games on my tv through AirPlay 👎🏼👎🏼

I bought a hdmi display cable to connect my phone to the tv since the app stopped working with airplay(airplay works with any other app except this one) and the app won’t stream with a display cable connected.

Used to be able to airplay onto my smart tv but looks like spectrum took it away. Every other app on my phone airplays no problem except for Spectrum. I can cast to my tv but it buffers every 1.5 seconds. Just a brutal experience to simply watch lakers games on my smart tv. Absolute garbage. There are many reasons why NBA ratings are down and this is one of them. Ridiculous licensing deals that make it expensive and impossible to watch your favorite team.

I got a promo for having spectrum wifi and mobile where I get to watch lakers games for free on spectrum SportsNet app since I don’t have spectrum cable. There’s no TV app for spectrum SportsNet on LG App Store so I downloaded on my phone. I was able to airplay directly from my phone to my TV which was great but for some reason AirPlay is now blocked on the app? I tried screen mirroring as a way around it and it blocks screen mirroring as soon as I press play on the app. It’ll screen mirror even after I open the app but when I press play it disconnects. I can airplay from any other videos and app but no longer on this one. Seems like a direct shot for people to have to pay for spectrum cable because why offer the games for free and then take away features so that I can no longer enjoy it? Seems like spectrum likes to just make things annoying until you pay full price for something you don’t really want.

Haven’t been able to airplay it on my tv for about 2 weeks already

App is good but AirPlay doesn’t work majority of the time, it will just constantly buffer until you disable it and then it will start running again.

Can’t airplay sound to my HomePod without my tablet reading “casted to TV” or whatever… very wrong not cool, every other app knows how to act.. good thing i don’t pay for this and getting further from it.

Paid the monthly Spectrum SportsNet and I cannot log in without having a cable provider which makes no sense!! So I use the app and I cannot airplay it to my TV screen. What a load of basura. Don’t waste your time or money.

What is going on with the AirPlay capabilities? It NEVER works and it’s so frustrating. Where’s the app for the Apple TV? This needs to get fixed.

App airplay connectivity issues. Airplay works when it feels like it. Can’t log in to app on ipad pro. Please make an Apple TV app.

Used this app to watch the lakers. It claims I’m not authorized even though I pay for spectrum cable/internet bundle. Tried the website version and was told to use the NBA app to watch what is called SSN+ for Lakers. Signed in to the NBA app with my spectrum login and tells me my cable subscription does not include sportsnet to please upgrade by paying $19.99. I talked with both spectrum support and nba support and of course it’s just finger pointing.

And I'm not sure why. Whenever I try to use it I get an error message that I'm not authorized which is incorrect. I have SportsNet and it works on my TV and in the Spectrum TV app. And trust me my BILL definitely says I am authorized.

Most of the time I need to restart the app. Very touch when casting both with apple and android.

Suddenly can’t play sports net from my iPad to my tv

I have a spectrum account but this app is not allowing me to login when i open it. Every time i press login nothing happens

This needs to be available on Apple TV. Also, how about a subscription service? Looks great on iPad, would like an appletv app.

NOW FIX THE LAKERS PORTION SO WE CAN WATCH LAKER-RELATED SHOWS— since they are on sports spectrum Sportsnet right now —even though games are not-still want to watch other shows on Lakers portion of the app. This still is the worst app —EVER!
