current Spectrum Cable TV customer

Im a Spectrum Cable TV customer and cant watch live on the Spectrum Sportsnet app because it isnt even an option on login screen. This makes absolutely no sense to me, as the same named cable provider should be the first one included before other cable providers were ever added. This app needs an update badly, as the last one occurred on Sept 20.
